Delivery Drivers Wanted
Position Summary
The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring timely and professional delivery of meals, catering orders, and grocery pickups. This team member is the frontline representative for Nuksy’s and must reflect our standards of excellence, hospitality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and transport family meals, boxed lunches, catering trays, and grocery pickups from the Edison Center or Stafford location.
- Deliver items to schools, afterschool programs, corporate clients, or designated pickup points.
- Verify accuracy of orders before departure and upon arrival.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
- Communicate delays, issues, or customer feedback to the kitchen/logistics team.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations and company delivery protocols.
- Assist with light kitchen support or packaging when deliveries are light.
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Fort Bend and Greater Houston area routes.
- Reliable vehicle (company vehicle may be provided for high-volume shifts).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs or ramps.
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Compensation & Schedule
Base Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Morning and mid-day shifts, Tuesday–Saturday (flexible based on
delivery volume)
Status: Part-time (with potential for full-time based on volume)
Optional Compensation Perks
While the base pay for this role is $15/hour, Nuksy’s is committed to recognizing performance and reliability. The following optional incentives may be offered:
- Performance-based raises available after 90 days based on delivery accuracy, punctuality, and customer service feedback.
- Mileage reimbursement or fuel stipend for drivers using personal vehicles, based on delivery distance and frequency.
- Reimbursement will follow the current IRS mileage rate of $0.67 per mile (as of 2024).
- Bonus incentives for peak delivery windows or last-minute urgent delivery shifts.
- Access to team perks such as staff meals, catered events, or vendor discounts after probationary period.

Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative, sales, and office functions at Nuksy’s. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and internal communication, while also providing frontline client and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Assist with sales operations, including tracking leads, preparing proposals, and supporting outreach.
- Manage office operations, supplies, and logistics for meetings and events.
- Coordinate and track tasks across departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Maintain updated customer records and support reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through.
- Experience in sales, administrative, or office management roles preferred.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $20/hour
- 35 hours/week: 9 AM – 4 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 10% commission on new contracted sales leads
