Family Meals Program – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How often do menus change?
Our menu runs on a rotating 4-week cycle. Each week features four chef-curated meals, then the cycle repeats so planning stays easy and consistent.

When can I place my order?
Order Friday -Tuesday at 12:00 PM (noon).

Can I place a late order or add items after Tuesday?
No. Once orders close on Tuesday at noon, we immediately begin production. Late orders or add-ons are not available.

Can I skip a week?
Yes. This program is order-as-you-go. Simply skip ordering for that week—no action required.

Do you offer substitutions or custom meals?
To maintain quality and consistency, substitutions and customizations are not offered.

When is pickup available?
Pickup windows are:
• Sunday: 12:00–3:00 PM
• Monday: 7:00–10:00 AM
Pickup times are fixed and cannot be adjusted.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Monday delivery is available between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM for a flat $35 fee.

What happens if I miss my pickup window?
Meals not picked up during the scheduled window may be forfeited. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive your meals.

How are meals packaged?
Meals are packaged in sealed foil containers with reheating instructions included. They are designed to reheat easily at home.

How long do meals last?

Meals are best enjoyed within 3–4 days when refrigerated. Some items may be frozen if noted on the label.

How will I receive reminders and updates?
All reminders, confirmations, and pickup or delivery updates are sent automatically via text message and email once your order is placed.

Who do I contact if there is an issue with my order?
If there is an issue, please reply to your confirmation message or contact us using the information provided in your order confirmation.
